Our customers and their pets are very important to us and we hope you will be satisfied with your purchases. However, if the product is defective, or if you believe there was an error in your order and you wish to arrange a return, please notify us by email at returns@naturalpetsource.com. We will then get back to you as soon as possible and make every effort to correct any problems there may be concerning your order.
When it's our mistake:
If you received a wrong order due to our mistake, please email us at returns@naturalpetsource.com within 7 days of your purchase to arrange for a return. We will reimburse your return shipping charge and will ship the correct order to you as soon as we receive the returned order.
Return Policy Information for Bowsers Products:
Bowsers will only accept returns resulting from Bowsers shipping errors (wrong color or size) or manufacturer defect. Please email us at returns@naturalpetsource if you believe you have received a defective item.
Other returns or exchanges:
All products must be returned for refund or exchange within 30 days of date of purchase. Any product not in original packaging (including tags) or in sellable condition will not be eligible for a return or exchange. Used or opened products also are not returnable.
For health reasons, we are not able to refund or exchange the following items: pet beds, pet crates, pet carriers and totes, pet clothing, mats, blankets, playpens, car seats, toys, foods, or treats. Also bottles, jars, or bags that have been opened are not refundable.
Custom and personalized items are not refundable.
Insure your return:
Please be sure to insure your return as you are responsible for making any necessary claim to the shipper you used.
Damaged during shipment?
If your order was damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier as we can not be responsible for the actions of the shipper.

Should a return be necessary, we will issue you a Return Authorization Number and information on returning merchandise.
A 10% to 15% restocking fee may apply to some returned products. (This fee is charged by the distributors.) If the products being returned are a result of an error on our part, we will gladly refund the cost of the return shipping. All other shipping fees are non-refundable.
After receiving returns, we issue refunds back into your credit card account within 15 days.
We hope a refund won't be necessary and that you and your pet will be well satisfied with our products.
