Most importantly: to make sure your dog's collar fits properly, measure carefully.  The best and easiest thing to do is to take a piece of string and measure your dog's neck.  Many times the manufacturer will provide measuring and sizing suggestions which we include in the collar descriptions.  Some may recommend adding an extra inch or two to the measured length (depending on the design of the collar).  Others may simply use the diameter of your dog's neck.
