Electronic Containment System
Often pet owners want their yards to be accessible to their pets for roaming, running, and playing, but do not wish to enclose their property with a fence. An electronic pet containment system can be a wonderful solution for these pet owners. Wireless Containment Systems:

A wireless system doesn't adapt to the shape of your yard. The transmitter creates a circular field. Should you want to reduce the radius of the field to the edge of the sidewalk or street, you may also wind up restricting your dog's movements in your back yard. This can be countered by having two transmitters located in two separate buildings on your property. Having their fields overlap will provide an area where your dog may pass freely from one area to the other. A wireless system is most effective for a home that's centered on the property. If your dog travels outside the boundary of his wireless field, he will receive a mild electric corrective stimulation.
Note: A wireless system will not work well if a drop-off or steep slope of more than 6 feet is part of the contained area.
Training Your Dog is Simple & Easy:
When you have adjusted the signal to the fence perimeter you want, mark the boundary by placing small flags at the edge of the signal area. Using a leash and holding the collar, walk your dog around the boundary, pointing to the flags, shaking them, and saying "No" as you let your pet hear the beeping of the collar. Next, let your pet wear the collar and walk the boundary again. Let him, by himself, wander into the signal area and get the correction. Quickly pull him back into his yard, praising and playing with him, while pointing to the flags and saying "No". By repeating this process for a few weeks, your dog will quickly learn his new boundaries. At the end of 30 days, you can gradually remove the flags.
